On 25 May 2018, the data protection rules under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GPRD) came into force.

When processing personal data, we act in accordance with the letter of the law and implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data entrusted to us.

PERSONAL DATA CONTROLLER

Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Głuska 63, 20-380 Lublin is the administrator of personal data of its employees, co-workers, customers, contractors and persons who have submitted their data via the form on the website or via e-mail, as well as of other entities that have given their consent to the processing of personal data.

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSOR

The entity Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o. also processes personal data entrusted to other controllers, in particular when orders are carried out in which Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o. is a subcontractor. In such a case, Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o. acts as a processor of personal data.

LEGAL GROUNDS AND OBJECTIVES FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The processing of data provided to Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o. via e-mail or a form on the website is carried out pursuant to Article 6(1) a) b), c) or f) GPRD and includes, inter alia, data such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and other data provided in electronic correspondence. These data are processed for the purpose for which they were provided.

Data processed on the basis of consent (Article 6(1a) GPRD), in particular name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, are used for the purpose for which the consent was given and are processed until the consent is withdrawn or until the purpose for which the consent was given is realised.

Data processed in connection with the conclusion of an agreement on the basis of Article 6(1b) of the GPRD include, in particular, name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, NIP/PESEL, bank account number and other data resulting from the specifics of a particular agreement and are used for the purpose of implementing that agreement.

Data of persons with the help of whom our contractors perform contracts concluded with Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o. are processed on the basis of Article 6(1f) of GPRD and include, among others, name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number. These data are used to perform the contract.

The data entrusted for processing by other administrators, in particular for the purpose of performing the services provided by Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o., shall be processed pursuant to Article 6(1c) or (1f) of the GPRD and shall include, inter alia: name, surname, correspondence address, e-mail address, PESEL no. and other data necessary for the performance of services depending on its type. The processing takes place for the purpose of providing the commissioned service.

OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE DATA AND CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO DO SO

The provision of personal data in connection with the conclusion of a contract is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract and for any related financial settlements.

The granting of consent for the processing of personal data, in particular for marketing or information purposes, is voluntary, and consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The indication of the e-mail address and other data in electronic correspondence is voluntary. Withdrawal of consent for data processing will result in the impossibility to conduct further e-mail correspondence.

PERIOD OF RETENTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Data obtained for the purpose of performing a contract shall be stored until the statute of limitations for claims arising from the contract concluded, or until the expiry of the obligation to store data arising from legal provisions, in particular the obligation to store financial and accounting documents or employee documents.

Where consent is the sole basis for processing, withdrawal of consent will result in the cessation of data processing, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

DATA SUBJECT RIGHTS

The data subject has the right of access to the content of his/her personal data, the right to rectify it, to request its erasure, as well as the right to restrict its processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to the processing of personal data.

Where the legal basis for the processing of your personal data is your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.

ODBIORCY DANYCH OSOBOWYCH

Personal data may be made available to third parties with the consent of the data subject.

In addition, personal data may be provided when required for the performance of a contract between the parties or in order to fulfil the obligations of the Personal Data Controller.

In the case of the processing of personal data on behalf of third parties, Kuźnia Treści Sp. z o.o. acts as a processor, and the data are shared in accordance with the principles defined by the Personal Data Administrator.

INFORMATION ON AUTOMATED DECISION-MAKING

The data will not be subject to profiling, which means that it will not form the basis for the automatic attribution of specific characteristics, traits, nor will it serve or predict behaviour and preferences.
